What is the difference between an agency and The Home Staff?

Agencies charge high placement fees or a percentage of salary. The Home Staff is not an agency — we connect you directly with vetted household staff. You only pay when you choose to unlock a candidate's full profile, saving up to 90% compared to traditional agencies.

When and how much do I pay?

Posting a role is always free. Profile unlocks are purchased as a one-off package — £500 for 5 CVs, £800 for 10, £1,500 for 20.

Are candidates verified?

Yes — ID, police check, references and two sponsor endorsements before a profile is published.

How does the referral-only system work?

Candidates must be sponsored by two existing members of our community before joining.
